i watch idea saregamapa regularly. that is the only TV program i ever watch diligently. other programs on any other channels r just to while away the time. and i will just say ‘keep up the good work’. the program is too good. but what is more important is it teaches us a lesson in humility. everybody from the anchor to the musicians to the judges, the celebrity guests….. everyone makes it a point to actually listen to the singers, to encourage them, to correct them, guide them gently, with love. no harsh words, no insults.
other similar programs especially hindi saregama were very sickening whenevr i made the mistake of watching them. the judges were mannerless, they insulted the contestans, there would be arguments, accusations, counter accusations…. and everybody knew this was a big farce. so where was the respect to the talents, skills, the respect for music, to goddess saraswati.
i hope that idea saregamapa will never ever be tempted to ever do such stunts. here the judges too feel they r a family. the celebrity guests r so humble, the contestants too r so co-operative, ever ready to learn, nowhere will u even see any fleeting expression of jeolousy, envy, a feeling of having been judged wrongly etc. on their faces or on the faces of their parents, relatives etc. u r responsible for spreading a lot of goodwill
among the people. and thanks to abhilasha chellam and rahul saxena, certain anti-social elements will hopefully have realisede that language is not a barrier at all, it should not be used as a weopon to destroy love but as a tool to bind people of different communities and music in any language is always a great leveller.

I saw Lakh Lakh Chanderi program where people performed on stage at Kolhapur Mahotsav.
All 5 finalist of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l champs also performed. And I was very sad to see their poor performance. Seems these kids are not learning music anymore and are totally professionalised.
I used to love these kids in program, but I’m totally disappointed and worried about the kids.
Please stop using these kids wherever possible, to monetize them. Let them learn more.

This channel is rearry nice… even in london i can watch all marathi programs. But, since past few days i cannot view this channel clearly. it startes buffering after every 10 seconds and screen turns blank.
Since yesterday, this channel is showing “Zing”, instead of Zee marathi. Can someone corretc that? We are missing our favorite serials.

On 19thFeb.in the programme Khupte Tithe Gupte Shri. Ujwal Nikam while showing talking to Hon President PratibhaTai Patil on phone expressed the views of all Indians regarding execution of life sentence that is it is not executed and therefore “Nay Dila Tari Milala ase hot nahi.” He expressed that Hon President will look to it and make changes in the process if reqd. He also reminded her her speech at the time of taking oaththat she ” will not be a Rubber Stamp” Congratulations to Shri .Nikam and Gupte for this programme. The programme may be re telecasted .

Zee marathi is really a very very good Marathi channel. We were watching clips of some favorite shows on free zee marathi site in New Jersey state of America but abruptlly this site is changed in the last week and whenever we tray to watchclip of any show a notice appears that ‘ This video can be seen only in India. What a nonsense!
